100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 15 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Breaking the Party Rule will be a cause for the Guests/tenants to be evicted and forfeiting the remaining rental pmt of their remaining stay.
Security Deposit of $4000 is required to cover damages or missing items. If long term rental, a contract and tenants insurance is required.
