The Seagate complex was built in 1980 with 6 floors and 41 units. There is a heated pool for year-round enjoyment that overlooks the pristine beach. The complex also features spacious common areas with a couple of Tiki huts, green space and BBQ grill.
Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. The town's residential quality and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US.
