SOUTH SIDE IS DIRECTLY OVER POOL DECK, IF YOU ARE TOO LOW OF A FLOOR YOU WILL HEAR THE CHILDREN AND POOL ACTION. IF YOU ARE TOO HIGH YOU LOSE ALL SENSE OF THE BEACH AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

IF YOU BOOK ANOTHER UNIT AND ITS FACING NORTH YOU MUST GET A HIGH FLOOR SINCE THE APOGEE BEACH CONDOS WILL BLOCK YOUR VIEW OF THE OCEAN...

The daily $30 resort fee + tax will be collected at the front desk during check in, this fee is not included in our posted rate and is collected for all units regardless of how you book...this fee covers all the onsite amenities including 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 2 beach towels, 9th floor pool deck, sun up to sun down chaise lounges, 24hr fitness center with onsite, high speed wireless internet, access to business center, full access to press reader app, local and toll free calls.
Get ready for an amazing time, you will absolutely Love It...we already have guests pre booking for next year's stay in advance, we get rave reviews about our unit. There's nothing better than to get a personal note or call from a guest who wants to pre book the same time next year...so I can only say that our unit will not be listed online for long since it has a strong location and guest satisfaction.
In fact I asked the front desk about how the busy the building is, an he replied, " #7's are always full, wish the entire building was All #7's... When you book with us, you are guaranteed a #7 on the 27th floor....

Cancellation Policy:-
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
