Really cool island vibE!! All renters have access to the amenities right outside our front door as well as the new Floridays / Jimmy Buffet restaurant and Compass Hotel lobby restaurant. The Compass hotel lobby is great for breakfast lunch or dinner as well as the Jimmy Buffet Floridays restaurant for easy on site dining with fantastic water views. Literally right next door, we are closest building to the new added features. Free trolley stop is located one minute away in the public beach parking lot. A brand new FREE jungle gym just opened in Robinson Preserve , which is next door to our brand new condo. We have October wide open. Monthly renters get full access to all the resort amenities - ask for more picture and information on this!

Four smart TVs, high speed Wi-Fi, deluxe cable package with DVR, furnished lanai w/ view, washer/dryer, linens/towels, central A/C, ceiling fan, spacious closets, fully equipped kitchen. Handicapped accessible!
OUTDOOR: Enjoy the heated swimming pool, splash pad, BBQ grill and playground in addition to all that Anna Maria Island has to offer with its sugar sand beaches and dining opportunities. Pool is handicapped accessible. The location is fantastic, one mile to beautiful beaches, restaurants, parks, and entertainment. Outdoor activities include walking trails of Robinson Preserve! The condo building sits on the intercoastal waterway of the Anna Maria Island Sound and has direct access to a marina and dock for boating. You can bring your own boat and keep it at the marina that adjoins our property (not included in rent).
PARKING: Gated community with an assigned parking space under the building as well as a storage unit for beach supplies. Beach supplies include beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach cart.
