Our units are cleaned and sterilized according to the CDC guidelines due to Covid19. This is a small complex with outside courtyard seating for your comfort. Due to conforming with the Covid19 standard we can not offer any late checking out and no early check ins. Thanks for your understanding with this.

This newly renovated studio unit is just beautiful. The unit is 600 steps to pristine Delray Beach. Its located less then 3 hours away from Disney World, take a great summer vacation to our beaches and stop and see Mickey on the way! This is one of the "best" units in the complex! This studio unit has a Murphy hide away bed which can sleep 2 additional people. (extra charge of course) Queen bed. Large screen TV with cable ready. Fully furnished. Perfect for two couples or a couple with kids. Community heated pool, serene courtyard to sit outside and relax, no one is EVER disappointed in this luxury studio unit. 1 block from beach and walking distance to all restaurants, bars, and shopping. And if you have never been to Delray for the 4th of July, you are missing out! Delray goes all out for every 4th of July celebration! Enjoy these extra features when you stay with us!
**Be sure to verify your area, if you are looking for quick ocean access, this place will accommodate your needs, this unit is only 600 steps to the ocean. I notice a lot of listings saying by ocean but usually 7-8 blocks away. We are truly walking distance. Google maps are not correct we are literally 600 steps to the ocean!!
Take a week, take two or a month check availability.
