Recently Opened 4 stars Hyde Beach Condo-Resort offers the best location and accommodation in Hollywood Beach.
Property consists of 1 bedroom with ocean views accommodating 2 people plus an additional sofa bed in living room capable of accomodating an additional 2 people. Unit has fully equipped kitchen. Washer and Dryer offer inside the unit as well.
Resort offers state of the art amenities including a gym, pool with ocean view, and a beach club with restaurant.
The following fees are not included in the total and must be paid upon arrival:

Beach Access
A DAMAGE DEPOSIT for any colateral damage in the building.
· Beach Access will be provided through Estebans Beach Management a Tides.
· It is located 400m North of the building.
· They will provide two chairs and an umbrella, but do not provide towels.
This in not included in the price, to be paid upon arrival at front desk.
There you will receive the electronic key and all the instructions needed.
-Please provide the full name and picture ID of the person in charge of reservation along with the number of guests and names that will be staying with you. Only registered guests are permitted on property.
-At check in, please provide your picture ID as well as confirmation number (it will be sent to you once payment is settled) to front desk staff. Your name, number of nights and guests will be registered with the front desk.
-Wristbands will be given at front desk to all registered guests. You must wear them at all times to access amenities and for security purposes. Wristbands cannot be replaced or transfered, if lost, another wristband must be purchased at $50 each. If broken, please bring it to front desk for replacement.
IMPORTANT: due to COVID-19 No visitors, No people gatherings, no parties are allowed inside the units. $500 PENALTY if any evidence is found
